Archer Hall Dinner.

This photo (not great quality) was found in my Uncle Fred Wren’s belongings after his death. Fred and a lot of us Wren clan were born in Billericay. Fred lived until his retirement in the small cottages in Western Road. My father Herbert (Bert) Wren was born in that house too. He does not recall the dinner of why if might have been held. We believe it would be late 40s or 50s. Anyone any ideas? I have the original. Fred would have been 95 now I think. My father is 89.
