Building in Noak Hill

I was out walking in Noak Hill when I saw an unusual building which sparked my interest. Does anyone know what this little building used to be. It can be seen while walking the footpath at Great Burstead. It’s behind the houses on Noak Hill Road by Noak Hill golf course. It is in one of the back gardens of a house in Noak Hill Road and looks like it may have been a chapel or a Plotland building from when it was just fields. The windows look unusual for just an outhouse, so can anyone shed any light into its history at all.
