Billericay Residents Association 1961/1974

My experience of Billericay goes way back to the early 1930`s. I was Chairman of the Billericay Residents Association during the period of its greatest activity 1962 - 1970, when we were deeply immersed in the towns politics and activity. I have been trying to get in touch with Wynford P Grant who published the “Observer” in the early 1960`s. Wynford was our editor for just over a year in the mid 1960`s.

Over the years I have been writing my memories of the period, which are very lengthy. I would be pleased to hear from anybody that remembers me.
